Are linen baby play mats safe for my baby?
Our French linen round baby play mats are safe for all bubs - that was our top priority in developing this product. We sourced the highest quality fabric that is hypoallergenic, non-toxic and sensitive skin safe, filling the inside of our play mats with a double layer of 100% OEKO-TEX certified polyester, which means no nasties, and extra plush! Our round baby play mats are thermoregulating and breathable, which means they don't trap heat, so they remain the perfect temperature all year round!

How do I keep my linen play mat clean?
Cleaning our play mats is as easy as washing clothes.
Quick Spot Cleaning: A simple spot clean is all it takes to address small spills, wipe them up straight away. If there are any marks, a non-toxic stain remover works magic.
Easy Washing: Gentle machine wash (30°C or less)
Drying: Line dry or flat in the shade, keep out of sun to prevent discolouration. No tumble dry.

Yes, you can put a newborn on a play mat for tummy time. Our round linen play mats are ideal for newborns to begin exploring their surroundings safely and comfortably. They're gentle on the skin and provide a safe clean space for you both to begin working on some of the important first developmental milestones. From strengthening the neck and upper body, to learning to crawl and eventually taking their first step. Round play mats are also great for establishing boundaries which helps develop spacial awareness.
Are your play mats thick enough for tiles and wooden floors?
Yes! When we were designing and manufacturing our play mats we tried and tested out so many round baby play mats on the market and found the padding to be too thin and unsupportive. It was a key part of our design process to make sure we had a nice and thick double layer of padding, so you don't have to worry about any head bumps or falls.
